The photo is of the Roman birth house or mammisi built by Trajan with some of the finest carvings in Egypt, here with scenes of Hathor suckling her son Ihy and another of him behind her with the King Trajan making offering to her. In the background the mudbrick enclosure wall shows the construction method of pan-bedding used extensively by Egyptian builders.
