St Mary s Auchindour Kirk WTN1873JHP St Mary's Church Auchindoir Ruined Kirk Medieval Door Scottish Carving Dogtooth is situated by the Cabrach road and reached by taking first left turning after Lumsden on road to Rhynie and Huntly in North East Aberdeenshire near Morayshire. This 13th Century building was later remodelled in 16th century, with this fine Scottish medieval door and has a very beautiful sacrament house on the inside, styled like a monstrance and inserted in a lancet window - now covered by clear roof to protect it. Next to it is spectacular Craig Burn Den or gorge with large woodland of mature beech trees.
