This panoramic view on the main approach reinforces how this magnificent mortuary temple is located on the West Bank of the River Nile at Luxor at an area called Deir el-Bahri and built into the base of the cliffs of the Theban Hill summit to the left and behind are branches of the Valley of the Kings.
