Saqqara Museum 6796EG07JHP Saqqara Museum Blue Green Faience Tiles Step Pyramid Underground Chambers exhibit in this new museum by the modern ticket office at entrance to the Saqqara necropolis south of Cairo. These wall decorations of blue and green faience tiles are from the burial chamber complex under the Step Pyramid built for King Djoser around 2500BC under the architectural control of Imhotep who later was deified.
