Khonsu Pylon 5033EG07JHP Khonsu Egyptian Temple Pylon Front Exterior Avenue Sphinxes Bases Flagpole located at the south-west of the Karnak complex and is worth a visit as it is usually free of crowds, is well preserved and is adjacent to a nicely decorated Temple of Opet, a Goddess hippopotamus deity who assisted women in childbearing, just visible on the extreme left. Karnak Temple is located near Luxor City centre on the East Bank of the River Nile and it the largest religious complex on the Nile.
