 Abydos Egyptian Temple Interior passageway steps Osireion corridor bulls, the largest royal monument built in white limestone, situated at the most important and one of the oldest necropolis of ancient Egypt is the home of Osiris and the Temple of Seti/Sety 1 and added to by Ramses 11.The photo is of the final stage of the passage and steps leading to the outside of the temple to the Osirieon, a cenotaph to Sety, completed by Merenptah.
