Haddo House Spring 191429jhp Haddo House spring lime trees park daffodils Scotland Aberdeenshire National Trust for Scotland property located near Tarves in the Buchan area of North East Scotland designed in 1732 and later refurbished in the 1880’s, is a fine mix of Georgian and Victorian styles and set in a public country park with many walks, restaurant, shop toilets and also a hall used for musical and theatrical performances. This photograph was taken in 2002 the last year I used slide film, either 35mm or 645 as my main medium for landscape photography. It is still representative of the general countryside despite their age and is chosen because of the lovely light and colours as it can still be on the right day. Haddo House Spring 191426jhp Haddo House spring daffodils Scottish flowers Buchan Aberdeenshire is a National Trust for Scotland property located near Tarves in the Buchan area of North East Scotland designed in 1732 and later refurbished in the 1880’s, is a fine mix of Georgian and Victorian styles and set in a public country park with many walks, restaurant, shop toilets and also a hall used for musical and theatrical performances.
