Medinet First Court EG053480JHP Medinet Habu Temple Luxor Egypt First Court Osiride Statues Ramasses located on the West Bank of the River Nile at Luxor and a complex of temples is now dominated by the mortuary temple of Ramasses 111. Apart from being in excellent condition generally, the first court in this photograph does not offer some of breathtaking coloured reliefs of the first but has better preserved Osiride figures and many reliefs on the interior walls. Not included in most standard tour packages, this temple is worth the effort to be visited privately.
