Caption: | Temple Seti Sethos Sety Frith Photograph Albumen Print Ancient Egyptiansite on the West Bank of the River Nile at Luxor in an area called al-Tarif turning off eastwards instead of taking the Valley of the Kings road. Attributed to Seti it had involvement by Ramasses 1 and 11 and with recent restoration is a delightful extra addition should you have free time while in Luxor. Described in the early days as Goorneh Temple and here photographed by English Victorian photographer Francis frith in 1857. |
