Aberdeen Harbour Sunset 194328jhp Aberdeen Harbour entrance south pier silhouette sunset coast colourful Greyhope Scotland view looking at Aberdeen skyline up the coast taken from Greyhope Road south of the River Dee estuary. Greyhope Road, which begins at the seaward boundary of Torry and goes round the Nigg Bay headland to Girdleness Lighthouse, passes the Battery and Balnagask Golf Course. This photograph was taken in 2002 the last year I used slide film, either 35mm or 645 as my main medium for landscape photography. They are still representative of the City despite their age and is chosen because of the lovely light and colours as it can still be on the right day.
