El Lisht Camel Train eg00727jhp Lisht village Egyptian life camels transporting palm fronds street scene was spotted driving through the village enroute to the two Lisht pyramids of Amenemhet and Senwsoret on the desert escarpment south of a trip from visiting the Dashur necropolis. Definitely need a great taxi driver who can navigate his way to these outlying sites, finding the local custodian and also managing not to get bogged down in the sand once away from the plantations.
