Caption: | Summer broom yellow blossom Hindrum Hill Torphins stones lichen fieldsDeeside Aberdeenshire, is a pleasant country road between Torphins and Kincardine O'Neil located west of Aberdeen in North East Scotland. About a mid way along is a rough farm track that goes to Hindrum Farm past a hill on which cattle graze but in early summer is covered with broom blossom and the white flowers of gean and hawthorn trees. There are views to the east and south to Ord Fundlie and Beltie hills as well as Torphins, Craigmyle, the Hill of Fare and Glassel. |
