The ruined but graceful Elizabethan styled shell dating from 1885 of this spectacular house is the centre of and Estate with restored farm and estate properties and was part of a proposed golf course, hotel and housing development which died a death after the 2007 recession but has been recently resurrected according to reports in 2014.
