Oldmeldrum is an expanding town north of Inverurie and the main junction for journeys to Turriff and Fraserburgh via Fyvie or eastwards to Ellon and Peterhead. Perched on the towards the top of a hill this small community established park to the NE of the town offers a pleasant seated area with flower borders and mature trees with views to the south of the hill of Bennachie on Donside.
