Aberdeen Duthie Park jkl8530jhp Aberdeen City Duthie Park Scotland new mound flagpole restoration spring sunshine a sign that winter is on its way out and the crocuses are the first of colourful displays in the largest of the central municipal parks in Aberdeen bordering the River Dee towards the southern aspect of the city. The park has completed a major facelift bringing it back to the original Victorian layout and the replacement of the famous Rose Mound by this Victorian flagpole mound is one of the most striking if not extreme changes.
