Caption: | Macduff fishing port Moray Firth Aberdeenshire Doune anchor station braeis adjacent to Banff and divided by the River Deveron but remains a busy fishing harbour supporting its own trawler fleet with fishmarket and its excellent facilities expanding for the watersport and pleasure sailing industry. The anchor which dominates this view of Macduff from Station Brae is held to be from an 18th Century sailing ship and dragged up in the nets of a local fishing trawler. |
